The Weekly Reset thread is a weekly discussion of the current meta and changes to it.

The “destiny 2 daily reset” is a thread where the community can post their weekly reset times. This thread was created by Destiny2Daily to help players find out when they should play each week. It is also used for people who want to know what time the servers go down so that they can avoid being kicked from matches.

Nightfall – The Ordeal: Proving Grounds

Modifiers:

• Adept at Nightfall
  • Empath is a kind of radar that has been enhanced. Take more damage from melee attacks.
• Hero during Nightfall
  • All of the preceding modifications
  • Unstoppable Champions: This mode has Unstoppable Champions that cannot be defeated without the use of an Unstoppable mod.
  • Barrier Champions: This mode has Barrier Champions that cannot be defeated without the use of an Anti-Barrier mod.
  • Champions: Cabal: This mode has both Barrier and Unstoppable Champions, both of which are unstoppable without the use of an Anti-Barrier or Unstoppable mod.
  • Extra Shields are a Hero Modifier.
  • Ignovun’s Challenge: Increased incoming splash damage. Damage and range of knockback have been enhanced.
• The Legend of Nightfall
  • All of the preceding modifications
  • After this action begins, you will not be able to modify your equipment.
  • Enemy shields are extremely resistant to all unmatched elemental damage in Match Game.
  • Legend Modifiers: Locked Loadout & Match Game & Extra Shields
• Master of the Nightfall:
  • All of the preceding modifications
  • Attrition: The ability to regenerate is severely hampered. Defeating foes may result in the formation of wells of Light.
  • Master Modifiers: Champions: Mob & Locked Loadout & Match Game & Extra Shields
  • Additional Champions are available in this mode.
• At dusk, Grandmaster
  • All of the preceding modifications
  • Enemies hurl grenades far more often in Scorched Earth.
  • Chaff: Radar is turned off.
  • Grandmaster Modifiers: Extinguish & Limited Revives & Contest & Join In Progress Disabled & Champions: Mob & Locked Loadout & Match Game & Extra Shields
  • If your fireteam enters a Restricted Zone, it will be extinguished and everyone will be returned to orbit.
  • Limited Resurrection: A limited fireteam is resurrected. By beating Champions, you may get more revives.

Rewards:

• Completing runs will get you 3 points, which is a powerful (Tier 1) prize. More points are awarded at higher levels of difficulty.

• Get a score of 100k for the pinnacle prize. Because the modifiers are fixed, a high difficulty run is required.

Showdown is this week’s Crucible Rotator.

Defeat your opponents and avoid being revived to win. If you win the most rounds, you’ll be forced to compete in an elimination match.
