2.13.0.175 → 2.14.0.28 changes Part 3 (first dev server)

League of Legends (LOL) patches are released every two weeks, with the latest patch introducing a major change to how the game is played. In order to address this, new changes were made that allowed players who had been outplayed by an opponent in lane for about four minutes straight time-out and come back into the match.
