What makes a character perfect for fighting? They need to be strong, quick and skilled in one or more forms of combat. Our list features the ten anime characters who would beat Kisame Hoshigaki on their own turf.

The “who can beat konan” is a question that has been asked many times. The 10 anime characters listed below are the ones who could beat Kisame Hoshigaki from Naruto.

10 Anime Characters Who Could Beat Kisame Hoshigaki –

Kisame has always been a problem to power-scale when it comes to Naruto characters.

Because his abilities change depending on who he’s up against.

So it could be amusing to research some anime characters that he’d most likely lose against, even if he were at his best, and imagine how these battles might play out.

So let’s get started!

10. Asta

Asta from Black Clover anime

Black Clover is a Japanese anime series.

Asta’s usage of anti-magic, which shouldn’t work in the same manner as chakra, is crucial to the outcome of this encounter.

To put it another way, Samehada should be unable to absorb any of Asta’s power or strength.

However, the reverse cannot be stated. Because everything Kisame does is blatantly magical, he could be yeeted out of existence with a single sword stroke.

Kisame’s fighting prowess would be greatly harmed as a result of this, since he heavily depends on his water jutsus.

In terms of sheer combat capability, I believe these two are very comparable in terms of strength, speed, and tenacity, with the difference in “magic” serving as the decisive factor.

It’d be a tough decision, but I believe Asta has the upper hand.

9. Tohru

Tohru from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid anime

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid is an anime series created by Miss Kobayashi.

I know that seems ridiculous, but if you’ve seen the play, you’ll understand.

Tohru is a force to be reckoned with, even more so than Bijuu.

I don’t believe Kisame would be able to handle that.

Bijuu bombs can certainly level a mountain. Tohru’s blasts, however, must be contained inside a barrier to avoid destroying the whole world.

Plus, despite her outward demeanor, she’s a formidable fighter.

We’ve seen her absorb a lot of harm and keep going. We’ve also seen her travel at incredible speeds and do several feats of magic without taking a pause.

So I don’t believe Kisame will be able to empty her vast energy pool for long.

Gray Fullbuster (#8)

Gray Fullbuster from Fairy Tail anime

Fairy Tail is a Japanese animated television series.

This is a bit of a stretch, but it makes perfect sense if we use the same reasoning as Pokémon type benefits.

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that ice repels water.

And, given that most of Kisame’s hard-hitting strikes are based on ninjitsu, I believe Gray will be able to catch him off guard and freeze him.

Plus, they aren’t as dissimilar in terms of statistics as one would believe.

Gray’s fists have been known to cause tiny explosions when they land. And, given his ability to withstand Natsu, who is probably Bijuu level when enraged, I believe their endurance is comparable.

In terms of speed, I believe Kisame is the winner. However, I believe that this is a lesser benefit than an ability type, therefore I must award it to Gray overall.

Yichir Hyakuya, No. 7

Yuuichirou Hyakuya from Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign anime

Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign (anime)

Here’s a battle that can teach you a thing or two about chemistry!

So, Kisame is all about water, as we’ve previously established.

What about Yuuichirou, though?

He is, after all, the salt king!

And, depending on the temperature, a liter of water may dissolve between 350 and 390 grams of salt, according to what you learnt in high school.

For Kisame, this isn’t good news. Because Yuuichirou has been known to raise huge mountains of salt to assault his foes.

Kisame is unlikely to be able to disintegrate it all in time.

We’ve seen foes transform into salt mounds after being touched by Yuuichirou’s assaults, so it’s fair to assume it’s deadly.

Alternatively, he may just stab Kisame with his spear and add salt to his wounds.

Ainz Ooal Gown, No. 6

Ainz Ooal Gown from Overlord anime

Overlord is a Japanese anime series.

Kisame is a formidable opponent. He is, however, rather predictable, since his water discharge jutsus are essentially his main means of assault.

Ainz. on the other hand, can hit you with an entire encyclopedia of different magic attacks & traps.

On the most basic level, this implies he can employ water magic instead of using Kisame’s abilities against him.

Or use lightning to blast his fishy foe while he’s not looking.

Even without all of that, he can just spam summons and overpower him.

And, given this is Ainz, there’s no way Kisame could ever drain all of his energy — it would take a whole day of labor.

Tatsumaki, No. 5

Tatsumaki from One Punch Man anime

One Punch Man is a Japanese anime series.

As Samehada whispers sweet nothings into your ear and saps all of your chakra, Kisame is the sort of ninja that loves to get all up in your business.

But good luck with that when you’re up against Tatsumaki.

Tatsumaki fleeing is the most apparent technique here. But there’s nothing to stop her from just yeeting Kisame into the Sun.

He can breathe underwater, but will he be able to breathe in space?

All ninjitsu assaults would be futile since she could easily toss them aside or create a barrier.

And, since Tatsumaki has such a great range, there would never be a time when she would allow Kisame to approach near enough to utilize Samehada.

4. Sinbad

Sinbad from Magi anime

Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic (anime)

Sinbad is possibly the most obnoxious character in the game.

To practically every assault, he has a response.

And he possesses a number of powers that would make life difficult for Kisame in this battle.

He may even compel Samehada to turn against Kisame or even throw Kisame himself into a profound trance using his Zepar Djinn Equip.

If that doesn’t work, he may use his Valefor Djinn Equip to dull Kisame’s senses and transform his water spells into ice using his Valefor Djinn Equip.

After that, he could simply zap Kisame out of existence using Baal’s mountain level destruction spells.

He may even utilize Zepar to blast him out of the sky.

You get the idea — he’s got a lot of possibilities.

3. Pack

Pack from Re: ZERO anime

Anime: ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO

Pack is really a Tailed Beast, if you think about it.

In fact, given his capacity to practically obliterate the universe when he went mad, I’d be willing to bet that he’s the most powerful character in the series.

His assaults are rapid enough to behead an adversary a mile away in the blink of an eye, and his ice covered practically everything.

Plus, we’re back to the contention that “ice trumps water every time.”

For a short while, the Pack went insane.

But, given that the guy who finally stopped Pack was a true hacker (and no one else even came close), I believe Pack is a little beyond Kisame’s pay grade.

Rimuru Tempest is the second book in the Rimuru Tempest series.

Rimuru Tempest from That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime anime

That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime in Anime

Rimuru takes on Kisame.

This may be the most amusing situation on the list, which is why I feel compelled to discuss it.

Assume that Kisame quickly erects his water dome of doom and prepares to strike.

Rimuru, on the other hand, reverts to its slime condition at that point and swiftly grows to fill the whole dome.

Kisame has just been dealt an Uno reversal card and is taken aback.

Rimuru then takes their time and eats Kisame leisurely, like a Lunchable, and everyone lives happily ever after.

Rimuru may also just beat him up the old fashioned manner, since there are few individuals in this universe as haxed as Rimuru.

1. Ban

Ban from Seven Deadly Sins anime

The Seven Deadly Sins (Anime)

Ban is the greatest mirror of Kisame, thus I chose to conclude this list with him.

Both are tough melee fighters that gradually drain their opponents’ vitality.

As a result, this duel will be pretty entertaining to witness!

If you ask me, post-Hell Ban, I’d have it in the bag.

After enduring millennia in continual agony, his endurance is absolutely out of the question. And, unlike Samehada, his steal ability has a considerably longer range, allowing him to take Kisame’s power from a safe distance.

When it comes to sheer strength and speed, I prefer Ban, but I don’t believe the difference is significant.

This struggle would take a long time in total.

Ban, though, would prevail in the end due to his slightly superior stats and wider power-sap range.

Kisame Hoshigaki is a character from the anime “Naruto Shippuden”. He is an extremely powerful ninja, and has been shown to be able to defeat multiple opponents at once. However, if he ever faced Naruto, I think that Naruto would win. Reference: can naruto beat kisame.
