For beginner Bloodborne players, running out of Blood Vials is a regular issue. Depending on where you are in the game, the greatest areas to gain additional modifications are:
- Central Yharnam is a good place to start for early or mid-game characters.
- The Nightmare of Mensis And Hunter’s Dream are recommended for late-game characters.
Below, we’ll go through how to set up and run these farms. Make careful to choose a farm that is appropriate for your character’s level.
The establishment of the Central Yharnam Farm
You must first unlock the left gate near the Central Yharnam Lamp before you can begin this farm.
If you’ve already opened this gate, go on to the following step to start harvesting Blood Vials.
The Central Yharnam Lamp has established a bypass gate.
You’ll ultimately discover this shortcut when you explore the region organically, but you can speed up the process if you know how.
Begin at the Central Yharnam Lamp and down the right-hand stairwell. Look to your left for a gap in the railing after crossing the tiny bridge.

Drop down down this hole and assassinate the dogs that have been imprisoned before they escape and attack you.
After you’ve taken care of the dogs, travel around to the left of the building to a crossroads with two sets of stairs and a long tunnel.

Enter a gloomy structure by passing through the tunnel and opening the door at the end.
Take care of the opponent inside and go to the last section before the shortcut gate by opening the door opposite where you entered.

Head through the shortcut gate to the left from the Central Yharnam Lamp, walk down the steps, and kill the Villager below.

The first villagers to go out on the agricultural path
When you reach the bottom of the stairs, turn left and travel under a bridge occupied by two Trolls to the left of the entrance to the shadowy home.
Walk forward slowly, hoping to attract just one of these Trolls’ attention, then fire a bullet as it swings its fist back to deflect it.
Rip it off for a quick murder.
Because each of these Trolls has a high possibility of dropping two Blood Vials, it’s critical that you practice carefully dealing with them.
The probable reward for killing a Troll is 2 Blood Vials.
Return to the darkened home with both Trolls dead, and take care of the Villagers inside.
It may be difficult to see them in the dim light, but after you’ve destroyed two on each level, you’ll know they’re all gone.
Step outdoors via the upstairs door and up the steps to the Great Bridge after the house’s occupants have left.

Return to the Lamp or use a Bold Hunter’s Mark to teleport there after the last Troll is slain.
To respawn the foes for another run of the farming path, warp from the Lamp to the Hunter’s Dream and back.

Hunter’s Dream Farm + Mensis’ Nightmare

The Hunter’s Dream Store is a store that caters to hunters.
