The planned changes for patch 12.4 were announced by Riot Phlox on Twitter.

Hello there!

12.4 with content is now available, and there will undoubtedly be some interesting adjustments.

It’s worth noting that these are some simple fixes for lowering the support item’s top meta. I don’t anticipate them to be the final changes in the space, but those that are more significant will need longer time to confirm.
