The only issue with playing KH is the long grind to level 99, and this can be a pain. Luckily, there are ways around it! One of which is farming gems at the very start of Kingdom Hearts 1 + 2. This guide will tell you everything you need to know about where to get blaze gems in these games as well as how much time it should take for each game.
The “kh1 5 bright crystal” is a farming item in Kingdom Hearts 1.5 that can be found at the end of the game. It is used to make Blaze Gems which are needed for upgrading weapons in KH1 and KH1.5.
The Bandit, Fat Bandit, and White Mushroom Heartless all drop Blaze Gems, as does Bambi’s summon.
The Cave of Wonders in Agrabah is the greatest site to farm for these jewels. Bandits and Fat Bandits are a group of people that have a abound in this place, from top to bottom and in almost every room.
There’s also a save point in the Treasure Room, so you can quickly go through the cave from there (or even fight the bandits that spawn in the same room you fought Jafar). Then you may save, depart the game (or simply travel a few rooms over), and re-enter to continue farming.
These Gems may be used to make a range of healing goods and accessories via synthesis.
Options for Gem Farming in Blaze
There are a few heartless that drop these gems, as well as a number of sites to attempt farming at.
If you’re looking for these flaming synthesis gems, here’s a complete list of your options:
Bandits
When taking out these heartless, keep an eye on your back (and your money). They’re well-known crooks!
These little sword-wielding soulless are easy to see, as they spawn often in Agrabah’s Cave of Wonders.
They have a 6% chance of dropping Blaze Gems (4 percent in Final Mix), and they may be found in three worlds: Agrabah, Monstro, and the End of the World.
However, Agrabah’s Cave of Wonders is the ideal place to farm these Bandits. Because there is a save area nearby, the chamber where you initially battled Jafar is an ideal site to farm.
Fat Bandits
Bandits with fat bodies are larger and tougher than those with massive bodies. They all, though, hold the riches you’ll need.
They have a ten percent chance of dropping a Blaze Gem (eight percent in Final Mix).
Like the Bandits, they may be found in Agrabah, Monstro, and the End of the World.
And, all things considered, this will be your greatest bet for fast amassing a large number of Blaze Gems.
If you go through Agrabah’s Cave of Wonders multiple times, you’ll almost certainly come out with a large amount of gold. Because these hefty bois may be found in practically every cave chamber.
Mushrooms, White
These uncommon birds and their bizarre game of charades might be hard to come by.
They may be found in almost every planet, but they’re difficult to deal with. Basically, you must perform the proper spell that they mimic, and you will have three rounds to do so. If you make a mistake, they’ll vanish.
If you’re seeking Blaze Gems, you’ll need to throw a Fire spell as the final spell in their miming sequence (the mushroom will shiver as if it’s chilly, indicating that they desire fire!)
Casting Fire as the final of the three spells has a 20% chance of dropping a Blaze Gem.
You’ll have a 60% chance of getting a Blaze Gem if you can cast fire spells all three times.
Just keep in mind that even if you fire Fire spells three times in KH1.5 Remix, these Mushrooms will only have a 10% chance of dropping.
Bambi
Another method to get these gems is to summon Bambi in Traverse Town.
The more heartless you beat with Bambi on the field, the more the charge gauge fills. You’ll have a 30% chance of getting a Blaze Gem if you charge it three times in Traverse Town.
Bambi’s drop table varies per world, so if you’re looking for Blaze Gems, you’ll have to do it in Traverse Town.
Here’s a complete chart of what you can obtain in Traverse Town depending on how many gauges you fill up:
Gauges | Drops |
---|---|
x1 Filled | High-potency (100 percent ) |
x2 Filled | Ether is a kind of ether (100 percent ) Shard of Blaze (40 percent ) |
x3 Filled | Mega-Remedy (100 percent ) Shard of Blaze (60 percent ) Gem of Blaze (30 percent ) |
Uses of the Blaze Gem
These may be found in a number of synthesis methods, thus they’re certainly worth collecting.
Here’s a complete list of what you can make:
Mega Potion: Recovers 30 HP for each member of the party.
List II and x1 Blaze Gem, x1 Frost Gem, x1 Thunder Gem, and x2 Mythril Shards may be used to make this in Kingdom Hearts 1.
The method in Kingdom Hearts 1.5 Remix is quite different and does not need any Blaze Gems.
Mega-Ether: Like the Mega Potion, the Mega-Ether restores 3 MP to each member of the party.
Use List III and x3 Blaze Gems, x3 Frost Gems, x3 Thunder Gems, x5 Bright Gems, and x1 Bright Crystal to make this in KH1.
List II and x1 Blaze Shard, x1 Frost Shard, x1 Thunder Shard, and x2 Mythril are all that’s required for KH1.5 Remix.
Rune Amulet: An item that boosts magic and summon power while raising MP and Defense by +1.
This may be made using List III and x2 Blaze Gems, x2 Frost Gems, x2 Thunder Gems, and x3 Mythril in Kingdom Hearts 1.
List II and x3 Blaze Gems, x3 Frost Gems, and x3 Thunder Gems are required for KH1.5 Remix.
Ribbon: A multifunctional protective attachment that provides +20 percent resistance to Fire, Blizzard, Thunder, and Dark damage, as well as +3 Defense.
List IV and x5 Blaze Gems, x5 Frost Gems, x5 Thunder Gems, x5 Bright Gems, and x3 Gale are required for this recipe in Kingdom Hearts 1.
List V and x5 Blaze Gems, x5 Frost Gems, x5 Thunder Gems, x1 Gale, and x3 Serenity Power are required for KH1.5 Remix.
Increase any party member’s AP by one point.
Combine this with List III and x2 Blaze Gems, x2 Frost Gems, x2 Thunder Gems, and x4 Mythril in KH1.5 Remix.
A new formula will be available in the original game that does not need any Blaze Gems.
Is it worthwhile to cultivate these?
Blaze Gems may be used to create a variety of helpful goods.
So, depending on how many synthesis recipes you want to produce, I suggest attempting to get your hands on a few — or at the very least setting out a certain amount to purchase.
It’s well worth your effort to duplicate the healing goods and the Ribbon adornment.
And, after you’ve leveled up a little, farming in the Cave of Wonders isn’t that tough or time demanding.
So, although it may require some running about, gathering a large number of stones should be pretty simple.
